2007 Hawaii Island Vacation
Ronnie and I made another Pacific Island
vacation trip this year - Hawaii. We really had never indicated to each other
that Hawaii was a place we must visit, but when the trip description was
presented to us by our favorite tour company, Mulvihill Tours, we decided that
the time was right and cost was fair. The biggest selling point to me was that
we would be flying to Honolulu to board a cruise ship and would visit the
islands via cruising. Not having to board planes to island hop and only having
to handle suitcases at a minimum sold it. The end result was that we made the
right decision and do not have any regrets how we toured the islands.
Ronnie and I highly recommend this method of visiting the
Hawaiian Islands. The cruise company, Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) with its
cruise ship Pride of Hawaii was only satisfactory compared to our prior
experience with Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines. The service and food
was not up to the par of the other cruise lines, but that should not deter
anyone from using NCL, because the journey, tours and scenery of the islands are
magnificent.
We again made wonderful new
friendship and renewed friendships from trips past. Hope everyone enjoys the
